Our annual PCUSA Peace and Global Witness Offering provides a concrete way to contribute to the work of peacemaking in our communities, region, and world. Within the denomination, this offering funds the Presbyterian Peacemaking Program. Twenty-five percent of the offering given will stay in Winston-Salem.

Our Global Service Committee has decided to use our twenty-five percent to support a program of Triad Restorative Justice. TRJ works in our community to bring peace by empowering people through restorative practices, advocacy, and community building which help address conflict, ​minimize further harm, and honor dignity and​ belonging. Among other places in our community, they work in our school system, providing training and consulting work which shares a focus on equity and trauma-based  approaches.
